Pump Cart/SCAMP Warranty

Pump Cart No. 710 / SCAMP No. 725

To original purchasers of this equipment, Aladdin Equipment Co. Inc. (“Aladdin”) warrants Pump Cart No. 710 (“Cart”)/SCAMP No. 725 (“SCAMP”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, cosmetic defects, failure or loss resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in the user guide provided by Aladdin (including but not limited to improper use such as pulling the Cart/SCAMP). This warranty is void if any changes, modifications, additions, or attachments are made to the Cart/SCAMP.

Parts that fail or become defective during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, within ninety (90) days of the receipt of defective product, barring unforeseen delays, without charge.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. In the event proof of purchase is not available, the manufacturing date of the product will be the sole determination of the purchase date.

The express limited warranty above constitutes the entire warranty of Aladdin with respect to the Pump Cart No. 710/SCAMP No. 725 and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Aladdin be responsible for any consequential, special or incidental damages of any nature.
